Will this void my warranty?
Absolutely not. Our tuning chip will not void any warranties. If you have a very strict underwriter on your warranty you can simply unplug the unit before taking your vehicle in for service with no traces and install it later.
Will this work with aftermarket performance upgrades?
Yes, It will work with all aftermarket upgrades as well as factory upgrades.
Will I get any errors on my dash board after installing this tuning chip?
Our tuning chip will not cause any dashboard errors or warnings.
Do I need any special skills or tools?
No special skills are required. Just plug into your OBD2 port and follow simple instructions included.
Will this module fit my 4cyl, 6cyl, 8cyl?
The Thorton Performance Chip will fit all engine sizes and types for your make of vehicle. Be sure to select the correct Make, model and engine of your vehicle when purchasing.
I received my Thorton Stage 3 chip for my 1.6L 2015 Kia Soul two days quicker than promised, and the results are, once again AMAZING!
As soon as I got it, I drove 122 miles, from 4800 ft elevation to 11400 ft elevation, then back home, and it was like driving a different car.
Throttle response is A LOT snappier, gas mileage went from 33 to 39 mpg.

i bought one stage 3 for my 25 RS Blazer and that ended up having me Buy a second one for my 22 Colorado, both 6 cyls and I am very pleased with the ease of installation and the performance that I received from both. Highly recommend from me.
Several months ago, I bought a Thorton Stage 3 Chip for my 2012 Chevy Sonic, and wasn’t expecting much-it’s a tiny little 4-banger……
I was AMAZED at the additional power I gained immediately, and a pretty good boost in gas mileage, too, although I’ve not looked at actual numbers.
I’ve just ordered a Stage 3 Chip for my ’15 Kia Soul, and if it works out the way I think it will, I’ll be getting one for my ’13 Cadillac XTS-4 right away.

I just wanted to say that I bought a stage 3 chip for my 2500 Chevy Silverado and it’s turned out to be the best investment I have ever made went from 11 mpg to 16 mpg and it went from 367hp to 427hp you guys there are fantastic
