Will this void my warranty?
Absolutely not. Our tuning chip will not void any warranties. If you have a very strict underwriter on your warranty you can simply unplug the unit before taking your vehicle in for service with no traces and install it later.
Will this work with aftermarket performance upgrades?
Yes, It will work with all aftermarket upgrades as well as factory upgrades.
Will I get any errors on my dash board after installing this tuning chip?
Our tuning chip will not cause any dashboard errors or warnings.
Do I need any special skills or tools?
No special skills are required. Just plug into your OBD2 port and follow simple instructions included.
Will this module fit my 4cyl, 6cyl, 8cyl?
The Thorton Performance Chip will fit all engine sizes and types for your make of vehicle. Be sure to select the correct Make, model and engine of your vehicle when purchasing.
Got this stage 3 performance chip for my 2011 Chevy Camaro lt 2d coupe V6 3.6l my Camaro is a six speed manual the stock hp on my Camaro is 312hp this chip is not fake I drove 150 miles my Camaros fuel gauge had barely moved. The hp it has give. My Camaro are real and I would never leave a comment on a product that’s bull💩..As soon as I put the Thornton performance chip in it was immediate. I fact I let my wife drive the car and she immediately asked me what did you do to the Camaro.
Thank you guys I would never compliment if it wasn’t worth it. And my thing is you have so many people that say all performance chips are B’s I can honestly tell you my 2011 Chevy Camaro lt2coupe has 312 hp stock the chip has definitely improved the overall CPU. And I’ve noticed an increase in take off and my gas milage is already awesome but the chip. actually did help with the miles per gallon. I drove 156 miles two days ago from Charlotte NC to Augusta Georgia I filled up my Camaro in Charlotte and by the time I got to Augusta Georgia the gas hand had barely moved. I don’t care what these critics say about performance chips I know for a fact you guys do make an awesome one.
My Chevy trail boss definitely has a performance improvement. Also, the mileage has definitely went up. I am very happy with the chip five star review

Hands down a product that does exactly what it’s supposed to. To start with I’m dually impressed with the new shifting pattern and throttle response. I wasn’t expecting this kind of response at this price level. Your typical upgrade tune up for chevy silverado runs in the hundreds. And the stage two chip I purchased a modest $59. Thorton just became my go to for performance.
